David Rosendale is a Landscape photographic artist based in Hepburn Springs Victoria, maintaining a successful practice for over 20 years. His contemporary depictions of the Australian Landscape have become sought after editions to numerous collections and private homes. Compelled to document the world around him & especially the landscape, his passion for the medium has continued through a lifelong dedication to craft. His work has been featured by major domestic & international brands and featured in prestigious awards such as the Australian National Photographic Portrait Prize, Semi Finalist in the Moran Contemporary Photographic Prize & Jury Top 5 Selection in the International Photography Awards 2024. David’s artwork brings an attention to detail and technical foundation, forged in analogue process & has evolved a uniquely synonymous style, delivering immersive, tangible and painterly studies of sublime landscape of cultural and geographical significance. His work fuses moments of glorious natural light with graphical and compositional harmony, in both pristine environments & urban spaces.
